AI literacy
Since 2025, EPLÚ Management Support has complied with the AI literacy obligation under the European AI Regulation. The AI Regulation requires that anyone working with AI, whether within an organization or on behalf of a client, must have sufficient knowledge of AI. Clients must be able to demonstrate that they work with people who use AI responsibly.
The required approved AI literacy training course consists of three components:
- Knowledge and insight: having a general understanding of how AI technology works and what AI can and cannot be used for.
- Risk awareness: developing an awareness of ethical considerations, transparency and practical risks, such as data privacy and the use of sensitive information.
- Skills: using AI tools responsibly in your day-to-day work.
"Having completed the AI literacy training course, I now understand how AI systems work, what risks are involved, and how to use AI safely, responsibly, and ethically in my work. In addition, I have also learned to take look critically at AI systems so that I can continue to assess how reliable, safe, and responsible they are and take the appropriate measures!" - Anne Marie Westra-Nijhuis, owner
